Does anyone know what these ICs are above the SD card slot highlighted in green in the picture, they have TH Ci on them and have 10 pins.

Options

They are almost certainly ESD suppression / TVS diode arrays, and their placement suggests that they protect the SD card lines. These are common near high-speed connectors users could connect things to. I haven't identified the exact part, but here's something similar. With some digging through the DigiKey catalog you could probably find the exact part.
