Steam seems to work but no pump sounds

No water flowing to brew coffee but steam and a bit of water coming from the wand

No sound at all from the pump? Heating is on? My guess: the pump must be replaced. Buy a ULKA EX5, use this guide and hopefully the issue has dissappeared.
