WD Black P10 Game Drive 2.5 HDD Won’t connect to my x-box one

Won’t connect to my xbox one. I have tried restarting xbox, updating and messing around with how it was plugged in. This holds most of my xbox one games and I now cannot play them. The white light is on indicating the WD Black is turned on, so I believe this might be an xbox one problem? Any help would be appreciated.

Format and test it on a PC, see if the HDD still works as a HDD.

I have tried plugging it into my Acer computer, does that work? It would not show up in device’s or drives. I could also try my dad’s MacBook, if that is better?

@billy63596 If it doesn't work on the PC like not seen in disk management, the drive is broken.

I will try my dad’s computer but if the reason is it is likely broken I won’t try that hard. I have contacted the developers support so I will see if they can help recover the data.
