How do I bypass the Power to check the Logic Board

I spilled Coffee on my 2,26GHZ MacBook Pro 13" I sent it for repairs and to cut a long story short Don't think they even checked,but my Logic board show no signs of Coffee spills or any other damage.I just wanted to make sure

After a repair you shouldn't see any signs. Liquid spills are so screwy as to what gets shorted out that I know of very few techs that would even attempt a logic board repair. The boards are replaced. A "spill board" can be working just fine for hours, days or months and just go at anytime. The cost of your repair and who you sent it to would probably tell us a lot.

You can bypass the power-on pads

1) check which macbook you have (DON'T SHORT-CIRCUIT THE WRONG THING--> BE VERY CAREFUL)

2) if the macbook turnes on, it's a good sign, that the logicboard is still working
