Storage upgrade on MacBook Air 2017

I want to upgrade my 2017 MacBook Air (A1466) by replacing the original SSD with Samsung 990 pro 1TB PCIe4.0 M.2. Will my mac support this ssd? If not whats the latest version of PCIe based SSD that will be fully compatible?

I also need to replace my battery, please feel free to suggest some good ones.

Your help is much appreciated!

Could you please suggest good batteries too for replacement, that are easily available?

@iamsaurabh - That’s a bit tricky! Lithium Ion batteries can’t be shipped by air, so you’ll need to give us a clue where you live country and nearest major city.

I stay in Guwahati, Assam, India.

@iamsaurabh - Sorry I can’t help you locate a local source.
