The laptop only works while charger is plugged only
It works only if the charger is plugged the battery doesn't charge it keeps at 5 percent only when I unplug the charger it's not working

Try replacing the battery and check if that resolves the problem.
Here's a video that shows what to do.
It is recommended that you disconnect the battery from the motherboard as soon as it is accessible after opening the laptop before starting to remove it to prevent any unwanted electrical problems from occurring when working in the laptop. There's always power somewhere on the motherboard in a laptop, even when it is turned off. The Power button is not a power isolating button.
The video linked doesn't do this as they only disconnect the battery once it has been unscrewed but to me that's asking for trouble.
Search online for 0B200-02910200 to find battery suppliers that suit you best. Usually this Asus part number for the battery can be found somewhere on the battery if you wish to verify that it is the correct one.
