OEM Apple camera recognition via replacement
Something happened to my phone that in turn has the phone cannabalizing the camera. I have not dropped it, lost it, gotten it wet or anything. I have never opened the phone or done repairs to it, but the phone seems to beleive that the camera is an after market part now and freezes the phone when trying to switch from front to back cameras.
My questions are;
1. If i replace the camera, will my phone continue to beleive that it is a foreign component, or will the message remove itself?
2. Will replacing the camera allow my phone to pass Apple's diagnostic test in order to be approved for Apple Care?
