Search online for Play Store app .apk download to find links for the app.

Once you have found one that suits you, download the .apk file to a remembered location in the phone. e.g. Downloads folder

Next enable the install apps from external sources setting in the phone.

Here's a video that shows how to do this.

Once you have done that, use the phone's Files app to locate the downloaded Play Store apk file in the phone and then tap on that to install it.

If it installs OK etc do not forget to disable the install apps from external source setting in the phone so as to prevent possible unwanted installation of apps occurring due to malware, viruses etc.
