My xbox will not pull in any disks how do I fix it?

Sounds like a broken band, you replace whatever part that is broken.
Warning: do NOT replace the whole drive.

I have brute forces it. I kinda teased it near the end in an in and out motion. I think that the band or the motor is james or are not in the correct position.
