Unable to make / recieve calls after screen replacement.

I replaced the screen and now I am unable to make or receive calls. Network Signal is showing. When someone call I get a missed call alert text. Guess I might have damaged something while doing the replacement.

There’s a 2.0 mm standoff screw that holds a small wire

Make sure that wire is secured and not ripped or damaged
