My i phone xs shut down when i pluged in lightening cable or earphone and screen is locked. but if i use the phone it will not restart . It happen only in lock screen . Panic full report also showing i2c0

Based on this panic log and your symptoms this sounds like a new charge port assembly is in order. The panic itself refers to ad5860, which is the chip that controls the vibration motor, and signals travel through the charge port assembly. Especially given your other symptoms which seem to revolve around the charge port, I think that's a good first step.
