iPhone turns off at 30 having 98 percent battery capacity

my iphone is iphone xs.it has 98 percent battery health and is on ios 16.5. It turns of at 26 to 30 percent and when i plug in to charger it starts charging from 12 percent.it has a good battery capacity and original battery

It does not have a good battery.

This broken battery is only good for capacity, but its current delivery capability is seriously degraded.

Battery Calibration may solve your problem (or at least reset the numbers), but I recommend also replacing your battery if possible, because as Tom said, there may be something wrong with it.
