What you can do is charge it to 100% (not overnight), use it till it dies and recharge it, do not use it while its charging. While its charging you should monitor it (don't let it overcharge or charge overnight) and then repeat. Don't charge it while using it either and try not to charge it till it dies.

Sadly the chemical action is the issue once the Lithium Ions have saturated out the Dielectric there is no means to undo it.

There are things which can help reduce the wear extending the batteries life, the biggest one is not letting it discharge fully as well as constantly full charged! The newer BMC logic does a fair job not over doing it, but you also don't want to be constantly running heavy apps strictly on battery.

I strongly recommend you download a good monitoring app like CoconutBattery It has been around a long time and has proven its worth! If you are running heavy apps I would also recommend getting a good thermal monitoring app like TG Pro.

Both apps let you see graphically whats going on giving you insight into whats going on under the hood!

Don't know how to recondition the battery, but I would advise maybe keeping battery usage low (closing apps, tabs, and keeping brightness low). Maybe you could also download coconut battery to keep an eye on the capacity?
