Intel iMac won't turn on - confirm faulty power supply

I have a 2008 intel imac (a1224) that refuses to start up after a power failure. I press the power button but no sounds, no lights, nothing. I took it apart and found that diagnostic LED #1 lights up but it seems to flicker rather than remain solid. Lights 2-4 don't light up. I followed the instructions on this page:

iMac Intel 20" EMC 2210 Power Supply Output Voltage Test

to test the power supply and found that pin 5 showed about 1v and pin 8 had 3.3v. The rest were 0v. I just wanted to confirm that this is what a faulty power supply looks like before I shell out for a replacement.

Also, does anyone have a list of eee numbers that will fit this model imac? The one out of my computer is 04X.

LED 1 indicates enough startup voltage... since it's flickering there's a problem with the power supply it probably does need to be replaced.

For the power supply see this Answer
