iPhone 6 charging internal to iPhone 7

My iPhone 7 charging internals has been damaged and it is boot-looping and i have a iPhone 6s laying around which have a working lightning port so am i able to replace it ??

Options

Even though they seem similar externally, the cable assemblies are quite different and would not be interchangeable. You'll notice if you look at the two charge port assemblies.
