The touchpad on my 3 months old macbook air 2011 is kind of stuck only on the left side which is my default side due to years of habit of using other laptops.
I am wondering, if there is any easy solution to this problem or I'll have to take it to Apple store?
Right now, it is nightmare to highlight etc using the touch pad.
Would appreciate your help.

Since it's under warranty a return to Apple is best. You'll void your warranty if you work on it. I would not attribute the non-functionality to anything. Just say this is 3mos old and doesn't work... that's not right...please fix it.
