Reading Solid-State Drive externally

I have been tasked to pull the data off a MBA.

The computer is trashed and no longer available.

It appears the SSD is in good shape physically.

Are there any readers, cables or external devices that can extract the data off this SSD?

You can mount the SSD in an external case. If it's not damaged it should be easy to recover data from there... There are data recovery tools or services . . . your milage may very... good ones are not cheap.

The question is what device is available out there to read this SSD?

Where does a person get a converter cable or reading device.

I realize that once it is cable up I could use numerous to read the device (ie: USB, Firewire....)

Well they sell them here - otherwise Google Shopping is helpful.

External HD kits include all required cables.
