The receiver could not hear my voice during call.

When I turn on the speaker during a voice call , the person on the other side cannot hear my voice, but when speaker is not turned on its ok. It happens during a video call too even though there is no speaker on/off option..., simply no one can hear my voice during a video call.

I have SAMSUNG galaxy A32
