No picture on screen

I get audio through my controller as normal, but absolutely no image on screen. My tv registered the input and automatically assigned the PS4 to that HDMI port. I have tried safe mode and about anything that I can think of.

no audio nor picture on my screen. I have tried multiple cables and 2 different displays. my smart tv said, "Playstation 4 detected on HDMI 2." It never showed a picture. I'm not sure if this is a port issue or Encoder chip issue.
