Corsa D dipped headlights constantly staying on

has anyone had this problem possibly a wiring issue? the dial to turn the lights on and off seems to do nothing.

@alexlinnecxr not sure what a "dipped headlight" can you explain this? Is this a new issue with your Corsa? Anything that happened to it? You made sure you do not have daytime running lights on the Corsa. what have you checked?

@oldturkey03 my car does not have day time running lights they simply just won’t turn off the dial doesn’t work to switch them off once the ignition is on completely confused, as I’m quite good with cars but not wiring at all
