Can You Fix A Power Adapter?

I have one working power adapter and 3 non-working adapters. They are the typical 65 watt adapters with duck heads. They worked ok til I used them on a computer with unknown charging issues I have tried to find answers for recently. Apparently no one knows or cares why that computer has issues.

I have switched the duck heads around and inspected the wires. No visible problems there.

Anyway, I would like to know if there is a reset or something on these chargers. Can I pop one open and find any user friendly parts?

No

There's no "quick" fix, and unless you have a lot of free time and electronic skills it's more cost efficient just to purchase a replacement. There are ample used / cheap replacement chargers to be found via the internet.
