Screen Goes to sleep soon as the device turned on

Recently device got water damaged, but everything works fine except the screen, It goes to sleep soon as the device powered on, But when powered off it show the charging logo without a problem and even booting also screen shows without a problem. but soon as turned on it goes to sleep.

I clean the motherboard after damage, swap the screen to check, swap power buttons (I don't think that's a issue) but problem stills. I reflashed the firmware also. Device is wiped while reflashing so I can't access the debugging.
Any way that I can override display sleep?
