The water never shuts off on my Samsung DC68 Washing Machine. Help!

My water keeps filling and never shuts off almost as if a sensor is not working. What do you think and how should I go about a remedy?

Does the water fill as soon as you turn on the water valve to the machine? Or does it start filling on its own like it should, and then just doesn't stop filling?
