S20 Ultra not powering on or charging after taking beach video

Water damage. So you saw the title. I gave it to a reputed repair shop near my home and they analyzed it and told me that the voltage regulator ic is dead. They told that once its replaced the phone should power on and quoted me a charge of 4000. They first told me that oneplus would be having a similar VR ic but then when I called for updates yesterday, they told me that the VR ic of Oneplus would not work. And that they have ordered the VR ic for samsung (NCP starts with). What do you guys think?
