How to identify hardware or software if Touch Bar is not functioning?
Found Touch Bar is not functioning at all (completely dark and no response) on my 2019 16" MacBook Pro, can't find TouchBarServer from activity monitor. I did try the followings:
- Restart the laptop, no luck.
- Reset PRAM and SMC, and no luck.
- Mac OS update, no luck.
Is there a way can confirm if this is due to hardware failure or software issue?
Any thoughts?
