Why does my ps4 only work at certain times

My ps4 stopped showing up on my TV for a couple days so I took it in the house and tried 3 different hdmicables it started working with all 3 of them then I took it back outside and it stopped working. Thought it might be the heat so I brought it back in and now it's not working anymore

Which color it shows when you turn it on?

Does it stay on blue color the whole time or does it pass to white color on the power button?
