Hi Lakisha,

I'm going by your question title rather than the text of the question on the assumption that you want to know if you can replace the logic board in your iPhone 7 plus with one from an iPhone 7.

The short answer is no; sorry but it can't work.

The thing is, each and every phone custom builds the logic board to fit in the space available. Since the 7 Plus is so much larger than the 7, the logic board is correspondingly larger. In addition, the way the connectors fit and sometimes even the type of connectors aren't the same between the two boards, meaning even if you can physically fit the board in your phone, the connectors wouldn't plug in because they'll be in the wrong position to make a connection.

So yeah, it would be nice to be able to swap things around like that, but in practice the components are just too specialized to be able to do that. In fact, it's so specialized that outside of maybe the home button, there are almost no parts of the iPhones 7 and 7 Plus that will interchange between the two phones despite being designed and released at the same time.
