Can updates of the os abort the oxford dictionary add on utility

I was wondering if the updates on the os can facilitate the dictionary to abort,i will be obliged how to tackle this issue with an ideal solution

I've never seen an update bother an application. The dictionary is a universal app so even going to OSX 10.7 should not bother it.

I add this after reading your other question that had more information. Please just ask the same question once but include all the information. If the application you added was a PowerPC app rather than an intel app, it will not work with 10.7
