Why is my ipad bootloooing?

My ipad is constantly boot looping, I was watching YouTube and ipad was on charge, suddenly it switched off and started boot looping. It was on ipad os 16.1 beta. I tried to restore it through iTunes but it throws error 4013

Error 4013 is the typical sign the CPU is dead, a fairly common issue in the iPad 7. Unfortunately, it's not worth the cost to repair.
