How do I take the board out of my off-brand controller?

Im trying to clean out my electronics after being in storage for a while, and I found my MadCatz controller. I got the back off after some work, but the board won't come out and most of the mess is between that and the faceplate. Any ideas?

Try pushing the buttons & sticks through. That might help push the board out.
