Device will not power on after battery replacement.

I have recently replaced the battery on an iPhone 7+, everything worked as properly before I sealed the device, however after applying adhesive and sealing the phone off so there were no signs of life except for the fact that itunes was able to recognize the device being in recovery mode. I disassembled the device and still do not see anything wrong. Any advice?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Info:

You say "applied the adhesive"? Are you referring to a screen seal, as sold here: iPhone 7 Plus Display Assembly Adhesive? Or are you using a liquid electronics adhesive such as B7000? Or something else?

My apologies Justin, I was referring to a screen seal.

First do a hard reset: one click vol up, one click vol down then hold power button for 15 seconds then blindly slide finger from top left to right to "slide to power off" then wait one minute then power back up.

If that doesn't work, you're unfortunately going to need to go back into the phone and double check display flex connector/s.
