Hi @michaelkporvie,

If it was repaired by a professional mobile phone repair service, take it back and show them the problem.

They should check and make should that the phone is working correctly, before handing it back to you after the repair.

If it was a frame with housing then maybe the motor hasn't been transferred from the old to the new one. As mentioned, if it was a business then go back. Samsung screen replacements are simple so no reason for it not to work as it should. If you replaced the screen yourself then strip it all down again making sure everything is seated in place.

@michaelkporvie if it does not vibrate at all, double check the work. It is possible that it is not properly connected or that it actually has failed. Of course, always checking your settings too.
