Not good! These are memory addresses in your crash report. You appear to have a VRAM error. This could be a simple cold solder joint of one of the VRAM chips or one is failing.

I would first see if the onboard diagnostics helps in ID’ing things. Restart your system and press the D startup key.

Let us know if it still failed and the error message

hi, on board diagnostics does not show any errors .

recently upgraded ssd to hdd and have not anything else.

@bharathg22273 - Are you able to boot up with your original drive even externally?

I don’t see this as a drive type of issue. You did just replace the HDD with a SATA SSD correct? You also didn’t buy a Fusion Drive’d system did you? And left the caching SSD still inside?

by

Sorry, yes upgraded to SSD . Replaced it internally . Removed the old ssd. Didn't buy a fusion drive system

@bharathg22273 - do you have access to a hot air rework station? I would add some flux to the VRAM and GPU chip and reflow them. I bet you that has a good chance of fixing this.

by

yes , can get access . will try and keep you updated.

thank you so much for reply and help

Any luck with the reflow of VRAM and GPU Chip ?
I have the exact same error message and my MBP only starts in safe mode.

Any feedback would be highly appreciated

Thanks
