My AirPods Pro won’t connect again after I stop using for a while

I stopped using and charging for a while and after I came back to use it, it can’t connect to my phone anymore I forgot it and now when I scan I don’t get it anymore

See what happens if you open the lid on your AirPods, then press and hold the button on the case for a few seconds, then release. Does the LED on the case change color? This may also force it to try and prompt for the connect pop up screen if you’re using an Apple device.

Otherwise, you may need to do a full reset.
