Why doesn’t my pc allow bluetooth to connect i tried everything i could find but nothing has worked

What is the specific model of your computer? It's possible it just doesn't support Bluetooth connections out of the box.

I would add that if you have Wifi installed on this computer it's likely to have Bluetooth, so I would probably try to find the faulty driver.
