Hello! Yesterday night I was on Netflix then I tried to text a friend but some keys didn’t work so I called it called it a day and went to sleep. I didn’t thought about it but silly me are blocked the MacBook i mean closed it. Today i wanna watch smth on my mac.. my password can’t be filled….. yesterday i also checked and the software was up to date . I took an key out and cleaned but still it doesn’t workkk . I didnt spill juice or water on it…. It js randomly stopped working , cuz when i searched the serial on Netflix it worked….

I do have an warranty for the product but i dont wanna get deep into it and can i return it back if it randomly stopped working?? At least i need answers if i can fix it now.

Options

If you still have the warrenty active then please do not try fixing the same (As it may broke the warrenty) instead you can visit the nearest Apple Service Store to have the same checked up

its been a while! ive got lucky that my warranty was still on. its been awhile since i posted thisss oml . the next day we went to the shop and changed this whole keybeard in about a month ive got lucky w my warranty lol
