hear the program but there is no picture

I have a 58inch Hisense roku TV you can hear the program but there is no picture at all. You can't see anything with a flashlight. The screen is dark blue almost black when you turn it on. The hearing impaired sound comes on if you click on Netflix or something and tells you that Netflix is on but you can't see anything.

It seems like it has 3 boards in the back. The main board with 5 capacitors, another board under it. not sure if it's a power board and a wifi board on the left. I am not sure which part needs changing.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

@angel39571 we need to know the exact model and need to see those boards. Take some good pictures and post those with your Question. That will allow us the see what you see. Adding images to an existing question

This "The screen is dark blue almost black" sounds like your backlight turns on. Backlight on, sound available could be a main board issue. Change your video input source and your cable if you are using HDMI. See if your TV works with different inputs. If so, it's your main board. If not, then it is possible that you are having T-con circuitry on the mainboard or panel issue. For now, we'll just have to see more. You will need a multimeter to work on it.
