I have Pages 08, version 3.0.3. where I can download an upgrade of pages?

If it's already installed, just go under the Apple in the upper left hand corner to software update. It will automatically down load any updates for Pages that are available. Keep repeating till there are no new updates.

run Software Update (under the Apple menu) to check if there is a later version than 3.0.3
If what you are trying to do instead is upgrade to Pages '09 - that is a paid upgrade from Pages '08, you need to purchase it from the Apple Store
