Will not power up after mother board removed

I have just removed my mother board as I have a broken camera, put everything back together and waiting for replacement camera, Phone will not power up of show charging status. I have tried master reset and still nothing, is this due to faulty camera or something else, please help.

I have managed to fix by removing the camera off it as this was damaged, once removed and mother board put back into phone and bingo, phone fully working again!' ;0)
