Can I get the (2tb) upgrade pack in the Netherlands?

I tried finding the upgrade kit in europese, but I cannot get 2tb ssd's here that are both pci 4.0 and 2tb.

I also cannot order from ifixit.com because it tells me to select a different shipping address (I live in the Netherlands).

Will iFixit offer this package in the eu?

Options

As of now it looks like it is not available, but you can DIY:

2 TB SSD - The Micron official website has a list of the authorized distributors, check under EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa). For example Mouser lists the MTFDKBK2T0QFM-1BD1AABYY both on Mouser Europe and Mouser Netherlands
SSD Foil - People on Reddit say that you can carefully take it from the old SSD
Picks, tweezers and driver - The Essential Electronics Toolkit from the EU Store should be more than enough, or you can search for something by third parties

Thanks for thinking with me. The ssd link you sent me (to mouser netherlands) gives me a 404 error. That is exactly my problem; Micron drives in the Netherlands (and also Germany) are mostly only available for large companies.

I don't mind paying the taxes and import fees but it just isn't readily available here.

The best I can get for my steam deck is a 1tb chinese clone that does less than half the speeds of that micron drive. The strange thing is that normal nvme drives are so abundant here that I can get a 4tb one for less then €300.

I luckily already own the complete iFixit kit (allthough I have to order some replacement tweezers since one has a broken tip after loaning it out and one is gone).

Is there anyway I could get one sent to me and just have me pay all additional costs?

Aah, it does list it when using the long product number. Guess I have been spoiled here with easy searches too much :).

Thanks for helping me out. I'll order it from mouser and will be creative with the foil on the old ssd (I'm sure it won't be a problem with the iFixit toolkit).

I'll also ask to list this on tweakers.net (a dutch techie site which also has pricewatch n stuff)

@bastardoperator You're welcome (btw, I just read that the guide on IFixit says that in case the foil can be replaced with normal aluminum foil tape Steam Deck SSD Replacement)
