Need help identifying a missing part on the motherboard

Hello,

I've been trying to identify a specific part, but so far to no avail.

I was able to use a heat gun to de-solder the FPC connector (green). However, I scratched part of the board, exposing part of the copper. I assume that isn't an issue though, right?

While de-soldering the connector I also accidentally blew off something else (red). My assumption is that's just a 0201 capacitor? I'd like to know if that's a resistor / capacitor, including its value, so I can order and replace that thing myself. I've access to the necessary equipment.

Any advice for soldering these things back, especially since the FPC connector is mostly plastic? I don't think using a heat gun is good idea here.

I appreciate every bit of help.
