OWC Aura Pro X2 SSD won't fit

Trying to replace the SSD with the Aura iFixit recommends but it doesn't go down far enough to replace the screw.

Can you post some pics so we can see things. Show us the screw location with the drive in place. A second looking down into the socket.

@lumivuohi - I can’t tell for sure as I can’t see deeply enough T into the slot to see if you have a bent pin blocking things.

Assuming it’s not then you need to apply a tad more pressure sliding the SSD into the slot. Make sure you don’t lift it up as that could damage things.

Hint! There is a key way in the connector the gap you see now needs to almost be gone when fully inserted.
