Power adapter not recognized by laptop but still feeding littlenergy

Hello! i have a problem with my macbook pro late 2011, results that when connecting the power adapter, the green/orange led wont light up and it doesn't charge the battery, also, the laptop does not recognize it and it doest appear like charging and even the bolt inside the battery wont show up. but mysteriously, the battery doesn't drain or consume while plugged. i have reset pram, smc, factory reeboted the laptop and even changed battery and the magsafe port, and still the same problem.

has anyone passed through this?

How old is the cord itself?

Tried a new cord or a known working cord?

Let’s get a better view of things, install this gem of an App CoconutBattery it will allow you to see the batteries and chargers state. Take a snapshot of the apps main window with the battery info tab opened up and paste it here for us to see.
