what is wrong with it? is it plugged in? is it able to turn on? is the ps4 able to connect to controllers?

Options

More info would be needed to determine why your console isnt running. When was the last time it was powered on? Did it display any errors last time it was on? Do any lights come on when you try to power it on? Have you tried using a different power cable or HDMI cable? Is the controller turning on and if so can it connect to the console?
