My iPhone 13 only charges when using a USB A to lightning cable

Using a USB A to lightning cable, my phone charges as if it were new. However, when using USB C to lightning, it's very dodgy and will frequently stop charging if moved slightly. Any ideas why this is the case?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Sounds like it's an issue with that specific cable. Have you tried other USB C to lightning cables?

Sorry I should have mentioned that originally. I have tried 3 different usb c cables.

I would try a second USB C to Lightning Cable as already mentioned by @jessehooton. This will confirm if its just a problem with the cable or not.

I'm not clear on exactly what the differences are, but I suspect it's your charger. I have a Pixel 6 Pro; it comes with a USB-C charger that charges it rapidly. Recently I bought some chargers to have around for the family, and they have three USB-A ports and one USB-C. They work great with the family's Apple devices on both the A and C ports, but when I plug in my Pixel USB-C port I get nothing. It acts like it's not even plugged in. If I switch to a USB-A port it works fine. That same cord works perfectly on the original Pixel USB-C charger, so it's not the cord.
