Is it normal for my xbox 360 to make weird noises when I turn it on
it was made in 2009 and its a pat model and it makes br brr br than starts works

Nothing should be wrong, so the noise you hear is the disc drive testing or reseating itself.

Br brr br is terribly vague for an accurate description. Record a video.
I’m guessing it’s the disc drive, specifically the laser rail reset isn’t working properly.
