PS4 does not turn on the first time

Recently my PS4 stopped turning on, so I tried to exchange the power supply for a new one and it appeared to solve the issue.

But then a new problem occurred. Whenever I turned the console off, if I try to turn it on again (either using the button or controller), it will beep but not turn on, no light. But then if I press the console or controller button a 2nd time it goes up normally.

A thing I noticed though is that if I unplug the power cord and plug it back again, it will turn on at the 1st attempt.

Could this be a faulty power supply? Or another bad component in my PS4? Anyone has seen this issue before?
