Washer shows complete after only a minute of sensing
On all settings the washer starts sensing but doesn’t fill with water, spins for a bit and then shows washing complete MODEL MVW7230HW

Try entering test mode and run the diagnostics as described in the tech sheet for the washer and check what error codes are shown.
This is the quickest way to know what's wrong.
