Console not syncing wired or wirelessly.

I have the issue with my console being completely unable to sync up with controllers. the sync button does nothing and all I get when plugging in with a usb cable is a vibration but sill can't connect.

The sync button is supposed to make the xbox logo blink on the console power button but that's only a sign things aren't working as they're supposed to. Can't hard reset as power button is broken and have to insert/eject a disc to start up the system.

Answer this question I have this problem too

First, make sure you have everything pluged in. Second make sure there is no damage.

What needs to be connected? Damage to what? You need to specify things like this in your answers, otherwise, they don't help the OP.

@guardian10 I have no pictures to work with also the person should make sure every single cord has a match and the damage he or she should be looking for is static and burn marks.
