This is one of those jobs where the pictures aren’t high enough quality I’m afraid. Also one where a microscope is really needed. I see one trace going to the vias plus what looks like a burn between the two. also if it’s a multi layer board then more connections could be shorted or damaged. Something has blown causing that damage. It’s possible it might be un repairable.

@hasbanshakil consider cleaning your board of all the soldier and burn residue. Then repost some good clear straight-on pictures of the damaged area.
